ทางด้าน SIGMA ก็ได้ออก Firmware เวอร์ชั่น 1.1 ของเลนส์ 50mm มาเหมือนกัน
ซึ่งก็ถือว่าเป็น Firmware ตัวแรกของเลนส์ค่ายนี้กับ 4/3 mount เลย
ส่วนการอัพเดตก็ไม่ยากอะไร สำหรับคนที่ใช้ OLYMPUS แค่ต่อเลนส์เข้ากับกล้อง
แล้วสั่งอัพเดตผ่าน OLYMPUS Studio / OLYMPUS Master ก็ได้
